Build a timed agenda, run each activity, and take away a ready-to-share handout.

A PLAN YOU CAN ACTUALLY RUN

Make the time count.

Choose a starting point, then edit the activities and minutes. Changing the preset replaces the activities below.

Each activity can be 1–180 whole minutes. The total changes as you edit. Your text stays on this device and is not uploaded.

YOUR RUN OF SHOW

Your workshop agenda

Choose a preset to get started.

Offsets show elapsed hours:minutes, starting at 00:00. Each timer opens in a new tab so your plan stays here.

Keep a copy before closing or reloading. Opening PDF studio transfers your current agenda to that page in this tab.

    LEAVE WITH SOMETHING USEFUL

    Give every activity a job.

Start with one outcome participants can see: a decision, a first draft, a practised skill, or a list of next actions. Rename the activities to match that outcome. Leave time for people to try the idea, then share what they learned.

The 30-minute preset works for a short working session. Use 60 minutes when participants need time to make something. The 90-minute preset includes a break. Adjust the minutes to your group, and agree which activity you can shorten if discussion runs long.

Use the activity timers when the session starts. At the end, name the next action, its owner, and when it should happen. Export the agenda before the session so everyone knows what to expect.

Are the times linked to a live workshop?

No. The agenda shows elapsed time from the planned start. Opening an activity timer prepares a separate countdown; press Start when the activity begins. Timers do not advance automatically through the agenda or synchronize with other devices.

Can I save or share my agenda?

Copy the agenda as text, or choose Make agenda PDF to open it in PDF studio. There you can edit the handout and download or print it. The transfer uses temporary storage in this browser tab. Your draft is not uploaded, published, or saved to an account. Keep your own copy before closing or reloading.
